概要

Discover the mountainous landscapes of the Andes during this sunset horseback ride!

You will be collected from your hotel in the city centre by your guide and driven by private vehicle to a horse ranch in the Cordillera.

Your local "arriero" (cowboy) guide will set you up with a mount then lead you on a trail to discover the flora and fauna of the mountain range. The route will be adapted to both your level of experience and your wishes. Together, you'll ride across rivers, plains and small passes as you enjoy breathtaking views of the sun going down on the mountains and the city of Santiago.

When you return to the ranch, a picnic accompanied by local “mate” tea will be served for you.

  • Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Duration: 6 hrs approx. (with a 3hr horseback ride)
  • Time: 4pm
  • Departure point: your hotel
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher to the tour operator on the day
  • Trousers, a long-sleeved T-shirt and closed shoes recommended
  • The ride takes place on "Criollo" type horses. These small and very robust horses are very comfortable for riders
  • Activity accessible to beginners
  • To ensure your comfort and safety, a helmet and gaiters will be provided
  • A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to go ahead
  • Hotel pick-up is available for accommodation located in the following areas only: Bellavista, Providencia, Las Condes, Vitacura.
  • If your hotel is not located in one of the above areas, you can join the tour at the main meeting point in Providencia (address indicated on your voucher.
