  • Time: 24/7. Your pick up time will be calculated according to your flight's departure time. Please ring the service provider in advance to confirm the time and location for your pick up. Your hotel reception may be able to take care of this call for you.
  • To board your shuttle, simply present your ticket voucher to the service provider in San Diego.
  • Hotel-Airport transfers are only available from hotels in San Diego.
  • Baggage allowance: 2 standard bags and 2 items of hand luggage per person
  • Your chauffeur will take care of your luggage for you. However, please note that if your bags weighs more than 27kg (60Ibs) you will be required to handle it yourself. Additional fees may be payable for such baggage.
  • Baggage should be marked with your name and address.
  • Child seats are not available, but you may bring your own if you wish.
