Explore the Grand Canyon on the ground and from the air!

Departing from your hotel in Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe, you will cross the Sonoran Desert, home to the region's typical saguaro cactus, and follow the famous Route 66 before reaching Grand Canyon National Park.

Accompanied by your guide, you'll set off on a 3-hour tour of the park and discover the breathtaking landscapes of the South Rim, the South Plateau of the Grand Canyon. Your expert guide will show you the most beautiful nooks and crannies among the rock formations that stretch over 30km in width. You'll learn more about the history of the American Southwest and its early inhabitants, and take the opportunity to visit the historic El Tovar Lodge and Hopi House.

To make this experience unforgettable, you can choose to start the day with a helicopter flight over the park. For 45 minutes, you'll have the chance to observe over 145 kilometres of nature from the air and enjoy a panoramic view of this iconic place. During your ride, you'll also pass over Marble Canyon, Point Imperial, the Little Colorado River and Dragon Corridor!

At the end of the day, your comfortable shuttle will drop you off outside your hotel.

  • Departure time and place: between 6.30am and 7.00am depending on the location of your hotel in Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe
     
  • An optional helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon is available. To take this flight, you will need to select the option at the time of booking
  • For reasons of comfort and weight distribution on board the helicopter, people weighing more than 136 kg / 300 pounds will have to pay for 2 seats. The weight of each passenger will be requested at the time of booking
  • Temperatures at the Grand Canyon are often cooler than in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. We recommend that you bring a jacket with you on your tour
  • Pick up is available from select hotels in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. In order to reduce the time required to pick up all clients, you may be asked to go to a different meeting point from your hotel
