The price varies depending on the rival team and the category. It is not possible to select a specific seat within a category. However, you will get the best available seats in the category of your choice; we therefore advise you to book in as much advance as possible in order to get the best seats. Your seat numbers will be given to you after having completed your reservation.

• Availability: tickets are valid for the regular season – please consult a fixture schedule
• Times: 1pm, 5pm, 6pm or 7pm (varies depending on the dates of the games)
• Duration: 4 hrs. approx. Tickets must be collected approximately two hours before the game starts
• In order to collect your official tickets for the NBA game that you have selected, please present your voucher at the Amway Center box office
• You will be asked for proof of identity when you enter the arena
• Doors open 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the match. You're asked to arrive to the stadium at least 30 minutes before the start of the match
• Children under 91cm that enter free of charge are not entitled to a seat. The child must sit on the lap of a parent
• Big backpacks as well as suitcases aren't allowed inside the stadium (the maximum size of any bag should be 36cm x 36cm x 16cm)
• Non-flash photos are authorised. Cameras such as GoPros or camcorders, as well as selfie sticks are not permitted.
   
• During the current global health situation, all attendees above the age of 2 will need to wear a mask, all attendees will be aked to complete a health survey before the game, payments will be cashless, bags are not authorized (the only exception will be medical and parent bags)
