Visit the 9/11 Memorial and museum, built to commemorate the tragic events that shook New York in 2001.
The 9/11 Memorial Museum pays tribute to the victims of the 2001 attack. Throughout its rooms and exhibitions, you will discover accounts from survivors, rescuers and locals affected by this event. The look in their eyes will tell you all about this tragic event and its current impact on New York City, but also on the international community.
The historical area will provide information on the events leading to the terrorist attacks as well as their consequences.
You will also be able to go to the memorial to reflect and pay your respects to the victims.

To guarantee an enjoyable visit, the number of visitors per time slot is limited. You are therefore asked to choose a visit time. Therefore, it is recommended to book as soon as possible in order to be sure to be able to visit at your chosen time.

- Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
- Times: 9am–8pm Sunday–Thursday (last admission at 6pm)/9am–9pm Friday and Saturday (last admission at 7pm)
- Duration: the visit takes around 2 hrs. but is not time-limited

- Thanks to the time slot you will have chosen, you can enter the museum directly. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your chosen time, we cannot guarantee entry
- The 9/11 Memorial and its museum are two different places, both located on the old site of the Twin Towers. Visiting the Memorial is free

- The museum is accessible for people with reduced mobility and with sight or hearing problems
No charges will be levied for cancellations or modifications made more than 15 days before the date of the activity.
