Spend the day on a catamaran to discover the coves on the southern Caribbean coast, see Diamond Rock, and visit the bat cave!
The first site visitors will see after the catamaran has set sail is the Diamond Rock. Perhaps the boat will even be accompanied on its journey by a pod of dolphins! At sea, enjoy the beautiful view of the south-east coast, known as the Route des Anses (Route of coves) due to the numerous coves it leads to, including: Petite Anse, Anse d’Arlets, Grande Anse, Anse Noire (named because of the black sand), and Anse Dufour. Before arriving at Grand Anse towards late morning, the boat will pass numerous fishing villages. This white sand beach is a perfect spot for swimming and discovering an underwater world by using masks and snorkels.
A creole lunch will be served onboard the catamaran, and accompanied by music. There will also be fruit juice and planteur (a rum-based Martinique cocktail). After lunch, visit the bat cave, named so because of the bat colonies that live inside. Next, head to the Anse Dufour to swim among the many multicolored fish. The tour is expected to return to the marina around 5pm.
