  • Availability: Every day (excluding exceptional cases)
  • Opening hours: 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends
    During English school holidays 8:30am to 6pm
    December 24: 9am to 2:30pm
    December 26: 10am to 6pm
    January 1: 10am to 6pm
     
  • Location : Marylebone Road
  • Access: Baker Street Station (Bakerloo, Circle, Metropolitan, Jubilee and Hammersmith & City Lines)
     
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date when booking. Please note that you may use the ticket at any time up to 30 days after the indicated booking date
  • When presenting your booking voucher at Madame Tussauds, you will be given an entry time for your visit for the same day and as quickly as possible depending on availability
  • Peak times are from 12pm to 3pm. We would advise you to visit at other times to make the most of the museum
  • In the event that you have purchased your tickets at a reduced price then you will be asked to provide proof of age or your student card
  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Madame Tussaud's is not available to people with reduced mobility
