概要

Discover one of the United States' largest, most beautiful natural parks!

From Jackson, you will leave at dawn to marvel at the sunrise and watch animals at their most active time of the day.

You will be accompanied by an experienced guide who knows the place inside out. He will show you spots that few visitors know about. He will tell you about the park's history and geology, and show you the behaviour and habitat of the site's animals.

You may have the chance to see and photograph species such as elks, wapitis, grizzlies, mountain goats, wolves, bisons, and many more.

You can go the Grand Canyon and enjoy its breathtaking landscapes, or see the Old Faithful, one of the largest geysers in the world. You will also discover hot springs, basins and fumaroles.

Enjoy a breakfast and a plentiful meal at the Historic Old Faithful Inn or the Canyon Lodge. 

At the end of the day, you will be dropped off where you had been picked up previously.

  • Availability: every day except 5 November, 10 May (closing days of the park) and exceptional circumstances
  • Time(s): between 6:30am and 8:00am (according to season)
  • Duration: Approx. 12 hours
  • Departure: Jackson Town Square or your hotel in Jackson
  • Language(s): you can communicate with your guide in English
     
  • To take part in this activity simply present your booking voucher to the local tour operator
  • The excursion may be cancelled if there is only one participant. In this event the activity will be re-scheduled, or a refund will be made
  • Once on site, you must contact the tour operator to arrange the exact meeting point and time. The reception desk in your hotel can make this call for you. The number will be shown on the booking voucher
  • By participating in your tour, you will make a donation to a local environmental protection organization of your choice
