Explore the ruins of the My Son temple complex, one of Vietnam's most important historical sites!
You'll be picked up early in the morning from your hotel in Hoi An and driven through the quiet Vietnamese countryside for about an hour.
You'll head to the sacred ruins of the ancient My Son, a magnificent temple complex built between the 4th and 14th centuries by the Cham people to honour the Hindu gods.
You'll be able to explore this architectural complex and learn about the ancient techniques and traditional materials used for its construction. You'll also see numerous craters left by US Army bombs during the Vietnam War.
You'll then have the chance to watch a traditional Apsara dance by these ancient temples. Enjoy an incredible experience to the sounds of flutes and drums, with dancers wearing colourful traditional costumes and cone-shaped hats.
On the way back to Hoi An, your local guide will take you to a rice paper workshop where you'll learn how to prepare this tasty local snack. You'll be able to enjoy your snack with a cup of Vietnamese coffee while chatting with the locals.
