Discover Bali in a whole new way as you ride around the island with a local guide!
A shuttle bus will come and collect you from your hotel and take you to the Ceking rice terraces.
You will have breakfast in a restaurant overlooking the lake in Mount Batur's crater.
Your guide will then take you to see a Balinese plantation where local spices, herbs, fruit, coffee and tea are produced. You will be able to sample the products at the plantation (included in the price). One of the products that you can try is Luwak coffee, the most expensive coffee in the world, produced using a very special process that involves it being passed through the digestive system of a civet.
You will then go on a 25 km bike tour, consisting of a three-hour ride which is mostly downhill. On the ride you will stop off at various locations and learn about the Balinese and their traditions. If you get tired, a car will always be immediately available to pick you up.
The more adventurous among you can carry on for another 40 minutes of uphill riding. If you wish to stop, the shuttle bus will take you straight to the restaurant where a buffet lunch will be served to help you get your strength back.
Finally, the shuttle bus will take you back to your hotel or, if you prefer, it will take you to the Ubud Monkey Forest.
